This is done to meet all construction needs, from interior solutions such as ceilings and partitions, to exterior needs such as roofing, insulation, and lightweight steel frames.

2000
Aplus Starting Point
Aplus began with the goal of improving productivity in Indonesia's construction industry, starting with a simple building supply store focused on offering a variety of materials.
2004
Warehouse Construction
The first Aplus warehouse was established in the Kapuk Poglar area, serving as a facility for assembling and storing building materials.
2004 – 2007
First Factory Construction
Consistently, Aplus continued to grow and was able to build its first factory in the Rangkasbitung area, focusing on the production of gypsum board and compound. The factory later expanded to include the production of casting and mortar.
2010
Second Factory Construction
After the establishment of the first factory in Rangkasbitung, Aplus built its second factory in Jatiuwung, Tangerang. This factory focuses on the production of metals such as hollow pipes, folded hollow, lightweight steel, and more.
2014 – 2018
Third Factory Construction
In this timeline, Aplus built its third factory located in Panceng, Gresik. This factory operates to produce gypsum boards, compounds, silica boards, mortar, metal, and casting.

Secara konsisten Aplus terus berkembang sehingga dapat membangun pabrik pertama di daerah Rangkas Bitung yang berfokus pada produksi gypsum board and compound. Kemudian, pabrik ini juga berekspansi untuk produksi casting and mortar.
2010
Second Factory Construction
Setelah berdirinya pabrik pertama di Rangkas Bitung, Aplus membangun pabrik kedua di Jatiuwung, Tangerang. Pabrik ini berfokus pada produksi metal seperti pipa hollow, hollow lipat, baja ringan, dan masih banyak lagi.
2014 – 2018
Third Factory Construction
Dalam linimasa ini, Aplus membangun pabrik ketiga yang berlokasi di Panceng, Gresik. Pabrik Panceng Gresik beroperasi untuk memproduksi gypsum board, compound, silika board, mortar, metal, and casting.

Aplus offers a wide range of essential products for finishing work on partitions, ceilings, floors, and construction systems. Without limits, Aplus serves various types of construction, from large-scale projects such as residential areas, factories, shopping malls, hotels, and high-rise buildings, to smaller-scale projects like low-rise buildings.
With a fleet of over 450 trucks and trailers with a transport capacity of 100,000 – 150,000 tons per month, Aplus has become a building materials manufacturer with the capacity to distribute throughout Indonesia and export to various other countries.
Standardization & Awards
Aplus adheres to international quality standards and has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and various other certifications and awards. Strict periodic monitoring is conducted to maintain product quality consistency. All Aplus systems have been tested in accredited laboratories in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
