Aplus 220 ALC Adhesive is a mortar for lightweight brick adhesive.

Coverage:

  • 7.5 cm thick ALC: ± 16.5 m2 / 3 mm thick / 40 kg
  • 10 cm thick ALC: ± 10.5 m2 / 3 mm thick / 40 kg

Water requirements: 9.0 – 10.5 liters / 40 kg

  1. Pour 9–10.5 liters of water into a container
  2. Add Aplus ALC Adhesive 220 (40 kg) into the water-filled container
  3. Mix the mixture evenly using a mixer
  4. Prepare the base for the lightweight brick installation on the concrete floor using Aplus Plaster ALC 22
  5. Next, clean the substrate from dirt, dust, moss, oil, grease and particles that may interfere with or reduce adhesion
  6. Apply the mixture to the lightweight brick wall both horizontally and vertically using a notched trowel (size adjusted to the width of the lightweight brick)
  7. Attach the lightweight bricks to the applied surface
  8. Tap the lightweight bricks with a rubber mallet to achieve a flat surface and a 3 mm mortar thickness
