Welded Hollow

This hollow is produced by an automatic welding machine and uses a high-grade steel, G-550 (High Tensile Steel), with a connector (hollow clip). This system has been tested in accordance with ASTM C-635 loading (allowable deflection) standards, as well as internal tests at the fulcrum of the connection between the top cross and bottom cross, with a large point load of over 45 kg per point*. This hollow is widely used in projects requiring higher safety standards compared to folded hollow or furring, which generally use lower steel grades (typically G-300)*.
